What began 52 years ago with humble beginnings and a visionary dream has, over the decades, flourished into the multi-faceted enterprise we are today. Grounded in our theme of Unprecedented Excellence, this journey stands as a testament to perseverance, integrity, and shared purpose.
The special celebration brought together the heart of the Martin family, our Chairman, Mr. Santiago Martin; Director, Mrs. Leema Rose Martin; and their children, Mr. Jose Charles Martin, Mrs. Daisy Aadhav Arjuna, and Mr. Jose Daison Martin, alongside the extended family that powers our vision every single day: our long-standing employees.
A company’s journey is only as remarkable as the people who walk it. To express our profound gratitude for the decades of loyalty and hard work that built this group, the Martin Group honoured 50 employees who have dedicated over 25 years of service with a bonus of ₹30 Lakhs each.
